Shipping, Discounts, Returns & Repairs Policy

 

Prior to finalising your purchase, you should familiarise yourself with our terms of sale and related policies.  By placing an order you agree to our terms of trade.  Please read carefully and contact us if you need further assistance. All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping

Standard Delivery - ships within 5 business days

Shipping cost is based the size of your parcel and ranges from AUD$12.00 to AUD$17.00 only available within Australia.  Orders are sent via Parcel Post and require a signature on delivery. Please note that, from our post office in Geelong, regular parcel post can take up to 5 business days to arrive at your destination (depending on your location). An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your order has been sent so you can track its whereabouts online.

 

Express Delivery - ships same day Mon - Fri** 

Shipping cost is based on the size of your parcel and ranges from AUD$18.00 to AUD$23.00 rate only available within Australia.  Orders are sent via Express Post and require a signature on delivery. An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your order has been sent so you can track its whereabouts online  Australia Post Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch. Please check that your delivery postcode is within the Australia Post Express delivery network. 

**Please note the cut off time is 12pm AEDT Mon - Fri for same day shipping.  If you miss the cut off, it will be dispatched next business day.

Saturday delivery is available for Express Post parcels sent on Fridays within Victorian Saturday delivery areas.  Please refer to the Australia Post website for further information.

 

International Delivery - ships in 5 business days unless otherwise specified

Shipping cost is based on weight and ranges from  AUD$25  to AUD$35. International orders are sent via Pack & Track International (where possible) and can be tracked online.  Parcels to all other destinations will be sent via International Registered post.  An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your order has been sent.  A Skulk of Foxes is not responsible for any Import Duty taxes that you may incur.

 

Delivery address

As our process is somewhat automated, please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address at the time of placing your order, including (where applicable) company name and unit/suite/floor number, as Australia Post will not deliver insufficiently addressed parcels. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs will be incurred to re-send your order.

We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available during business hours (i.e. a work address) to receive your parcel.   If no one is available, your parcel will be carded to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

Please note - we will not be held responsible for missing parcels.

 

DISCOUNT POLICY:

The discount policy applies to all discounts, special offers or sales, advertised by A Skulk of Foxes.

All discounts, special offers or sales are subject to the following conditions:

(a) Discounts applied using a discount code are not applicable in conjunction with any other discount offer or gift card codes.

(b) Discount offers with a specific time period stipulated must be used within the applicable time period to be honoured.

(c) All times and dates referred to in any advertised discount/sale offers are in local Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

(a) A Skulk Of Foxes reserves the right to introduce or alter the terms of any discount offer in regards to value or dates of availability, at any time.

Online Refund & Returns Policy

OUR 'CHANGE OF MIND' POLICY

If for any reason the goods you purchased online are not what you expected and you change your mind, we offer a 7-day exchange period, provided that the following criteria are met:

(a) You email us at sales@askulkoffoxes.com within 7 days from receiving your goods to obtain a return authority
(b) We receive the item within 3 business days from advising your return authority
(c) the item is in resalable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the packaging is intact and undamaged, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
(d) you provide proof of purchase

We regret that we are unable to process your return if these criteria are not met.

This online change of mind policy does not apply to discontinued or sale items or goods which have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered or broken.


Please note the following for ALL returns (including unclaimed parcels):
(a) For hygiene, sanitary and health reasons, our ‘change of mind’ policy does not apply under any circumstances to pierced earring or footwear (including socks) purchases
(b) Our 'change of mind' policy does not apply to special orders, discontinued, sale items, clearance items or items sold as seconds
(c) Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable
(d) Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment minus an AUD$5 re-stocking fee per item.

REFUNDS

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is found to be faulty.

You will need to:

(a) notify us of the fault via email and within reasonable time of receiving your order; and
(b) return the item within 3 days from receiving a Return Authority from us; and
(c) provide us with your proof of purchase

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs and gift-wrapping.  If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer an exchange to the equivalent value of the item, we are happy to do this for you.

When contacting us, you must provide a clear photograph of the problem with your accompanying email for us to assess your situation.  Please contact us at sales@askulkoffoxes.com.  We regret that we are unable respond without full understanding of your individual case.

As we make and pack all of the goods ourselves, each item must pass a number of Quality Control checks before it is dispatched from our studio.  We take all measures to ensure that we do not dispatch faulty goods. If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, you must notify us the same day as you received it.

A Skulk of Foxes will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage caused by the customer after purchase, resulting from misuse, accidents (drops and breakages), alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances.  We will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear would not be accepted as being faulty. A Skulk of Foxes reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault or damage to the item.  

If you do not notify us of the fault or return the item within reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

ONLINE SALES RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.  We recommend that you return merchandise by traceable post or courier to ensure it is received by us.  We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit.  All returns must be packaged appropriately as we will not accept returns that are damaged in transit.  When returning any item for exchange, please ensure that you include a pre-paid, self-addressed return satchel/envelope. If you do not include this, new delivery charges will apply before we return your goods.  We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit if you choose not to provide a traceable satchel/envelope for us to return your item.

REPAIRS

If you have broken an item that you have purchased from us, we are happy to carry out any minor repairs free of charge.  Breakages requiring extensive repair or replacement of parts will incur a fee.  We will provide you with a quote prior to carrying out any works.

All items must be returned to the address above.  When returning any item for repair, please ensure that you include all of the broken parts and a pre-paid, self-addressed return satchel/envelope. If you do not include this, new delivery charges will apply before we return your goods.  We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit if you choose not to provide a traceable satchel/envelope for us to return your item.
