AUD$7.00 flat rate for post only available within Australia. **If you place your order on a Monday or a Thursday, please note the cut off time is 12pm AEST for it to ship that day. Please note if a public holiday falls on a Monday or Thursday, your order will be dispatched the next business day. Express Delivery - ships same day Mon - Fri** PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12pm (AEST) THURSDAY 23rd MAY WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL TUESDAY 28th MAY. If you miss the cut off, it will be dispatched next business day. Australia Post Express Post, is guaranteed next day delivery after dispatch. Please check that your delivery post code is within the Australia Post Express delivery network. International Shipping - orders dispatched on Monday's & Thursday's** PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12pm (AEST) THURSDAY 23rd MAY WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL TUESDAY 28th MAY. AUD$20 flat rate. International orders are sent via registered air mail. It is your duty to familiarise yourself with your local Customs import policies, as you may be charged a fee if the amount of your order exceeds the limit.
An article ID number will be provided with an email confirming your
order has been sent. You may use this to track the delivery of your
parcel. We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available during business hours (i.e a work address) to receive the parcel. If no one is available, your parcel will be carded to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection. Please ensure that all contact details you provide are correct, in the event that there is a problem with processing your order. If you have provided incorrect shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs may be incurred to re-send your order. Please note - we will not be held responsible for missing parcels where an authority to leave has been given. Returns PolicyPlease forward all correspondence regarding Returns & Exchanges to: sales@askulkoffoxes.com with the subject line "Return Query". When contacting us regarding a return, you must provide a clear photograph of the problem with your accompanying email for us to assess your situation. We regret that we are unable respond without full understanding of your individual case.
A Skulk of Foxes will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage after purchase/delivery resulting from misuse, accidents (drops and breakages), alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use. A Skulk of Foxes reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. A Skulk of Foxes will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as being faulty. OUR 'CHANGE OF MIND' POLICY

we make and pack all of the goods ourselves, each item must pass a
number of Quality Control checks before it is dispatched from our
studio. We take all measures to ensure that we do not dispatch faulty goods. Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is found to be faulty upon delivery of your order, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Our policy under these circumstances is as follows:
A Skulk of Foxes reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Refunds will be credited
against your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. Replacement iPhone cover policy If you have broken your iPhone cover beyond repair, we will
offer you a replacement at 50% off the RRP. To redeem, please send back your damaged cover and include a pre paid, self addressed envelope (express post or parcel post plus satchels only) to the address below. We recommend that you return merchandise by registered or traceable post or courier to ensure it is received by us. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit. Please ensure you include your phone number so we can call you for payment. PLEASE NOTE - limited to identical design only. RETURNING GOODS A Skulk of Foxes You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in
returning merchandise to us (including faulty and damaged
merchandise). We recommend that you return merchandise by registered or traceable post or courier to ensure it is received by us. All returns must be packaged appropriately as we will not accept returns that are damaged in transit. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit. When returning any item
for repair, please include a pre-paid, self addressed return envelope.
If you do not include this, new delivery charges will apply. Please
note that whilst we endeavour to get your goods repaired and back to you
